Know How Insight & Progress

About us
The KHIP Project (Know How Insight and Progress) was born from the collaboration between two therapists, Jérémie Bonjour and Mathias Monarque, driven by a deep desire to help each person discover within themselves the resources needed to adapt and create a life aligned with their aspirations.
Our individual paths have allowed us to develop hands-on expertise, born from lived experience and enriched by our curiosity and constant desire to learn. By combining these learnings, we support those who wish to move toward greater well-being, with an approach rooted in the practical and focused on sharing knowledge.

A childhood driven by overcoming challenges
Born into a dysfunctional family environment, with few reference points and inspiring examples, I quickly realized that I would have to learn to fend for myself. To achieve this, my instinct pushed me to follow my curiosity and what brought me joy.
Where others might focus on material benefits or the status they can gain from their actions, I spontaneously chose what made my eyes sparkle and nourished my inner flame. The result mattered little to me: this process made me deeply happy and inspired great motivation. Soon, I realized that this approach was revealing my talents. In hindsight, it’s clear that enthusiasm and fulfillment naturally lead to success.
Fulfillment through passion
This is how I became passionate about capoeira and music at a young age. Between the ages of fifteen and twenty-one, I lived in Brazil for two years, became a capoeira instructor, and composed a music album. At twenty-five, I opened my own capoeira school, taught guitar, and made a living fully immersed in my passions.
This lifestyle was a great achievement and gave me a deep confidence in my ability to create what I love.
The need to deepen my foundations
Nevertheless, despite these successes, some of the foundations I had built upon were unstable. My relational difficulties in certain areas limited my growth. I realized that to build something lasting, I needed to deepen my foundations. Compensating was no longer enough; I had to learn.
A decade of exploring behavioral sciences
At the age of twenty-eight, I became interested in behavioral sciences. For ten years, I studied the fundamental mechanisms of living beings, exploring how our behaviors, emotions, and relationships interact.
I was looking to identify what is common and valid for everyone: to find the implicit "rule of the game" that governs our lives.
These studies allowed me to grow, find inner stability, and enrich my relationships with others. I also discovered and assimilated simple tools, based on fundamental mechanisms, that can be applied to everyone, regardless of our individual experiences or unique histories.
A profound desire to share
With this understanding and guided by joy, I now feel a deep desire to share these skills with those who feel the need for them.
I aim to transmit these principles in a clear and pragmatic way, to help each person move forward with more serenity, confidence, and ease.
The birth of a shared project
To bring this project to life, I partnered with Mathias, a friend who shares similar values, life experiences, and a deep interest in human nature.
Together, we have combined our skills and knowledge to offer a strong and coherent approach.
Our intention is to support those who wish to better understand themselves, adjust their ways of functioning, and most importantly, become autonomous in fulfilling their aspirations.

A path to inner healing
My name is Mathias Monarque, and I have been living in Stockholm since 2009, where I practice psycho-corporeal therapy and teach capoeira.
My journey toward self-awareness began after a skiing accident and the onset of an autoimmune disease, when I was a young adult. Faced with the inefficiency of traditional medicine, I turned to alternative therapies such as craniosacral osteopathy and energy healing.
I sought to understand the causes of my illness and to listen to what my body had to tell me.
Listening to one's body: a quest for meaning and care
This inner journey opened the door to a deeper understanding of myself—a path that has been complex and challenging, but also deeply rewarding. Beyond healing physical trauma, I explored emotional wounds, relationship struggles (family, romantic, and more), and childhood patterns that were holding me back.
Along the way, I met many caregivers, guides, and traditional doctors who supported me—and continue to do so—as I evolve.
From visual art to the exploration of the body and mind
In 1999, after studying audiovisual and cinema, I began working on documentary film projects for 17 years. At the same time, I immersed myself in physical expression through capoeira, Zen meditation, and later yoga and breathing techniques.
These practices have been a great support in maintaining my balance and connecting with my body. Today, they are part of my daily routine, bringing joy and serenity into my life.
My passion for visual arts, my understanding of media, communication, and the relationship between humans and their environment has always been present and still resides within me, even though I no longer work in documentary filmmaking.
Practices and teachings: supporting others in turn
In 2017, I felt the desire to support others in turn, using my experiences and understanding of the body. I then undertook training in classical massage and later in body hypnosis (Bodhypnosis).
I expanded my knowledge to include energy healing, while going through a new health challenge, which pushed me to dive even deeper within myself.
It was also during this time that I discovered neuroscience and modern studies on psychedelics and therapeutic support. Fascinating new tools that helped me better understand the roots of my difficulties and heal further.
The birth of the KHIP project: a shared vision
In 2024, a longtime friend, Jérémie Bonjour, with whom I share the same passion for understanding humanity and the self, suggested that we combine our backgrounds and skills to create a project focused on workshops dedicated to learning, autonomy, and the relationship with oneself and the world around us…
The KHIP project was born.
