Know How Insight and Progress

The Sessions
We all want to be happy and express who we are.

Life is governed by universal principles that are common to everyone.
When these principles are integrated, our life flows smoothly and harmoniously.
When these principles become unbalanced, are lacking, or dominate one another, we begin to drift away from ourselves. We are no longer connected to our genetics, to our natural state.
Our unity is shaken, and we experience discomfort, difficulties functioning in our lives, and symptoms begin to appear...
Model of Universal Principles
During a session, we take the time to highlight the context of the issue you wish to address. On one hand, I focus on what you are conscious of, what you verbalize, and on the other hand, on what you are unconscious of, what your body expresses.
To do this, I carry out a series of challenges whose result is verified using the response of the muscle test.
This muscle tone is directly linked to the limbic brain. This part of the brain processes subconscious emotional information and indicates whether you have the appropriate resources to cope with a given situation.
The principle is simple and binary:
- you have muscle tone when you know how to handle a situation.
- you have no muscle tone when a situation causes stress that you don't know how to deal with.

Muscle Test
I work on what is a priority for your system, asking your body for permission to work and to check if it has the available energy to make the necessary adjustments for the integration of these universal principles."
"You may come to a session thinking you will work on one issue and leave having worked on another, as the content of your subconscious takes precedence over that of your conscious mind."
"If you could reorganize your own subconscious programming, you wouldn’t need to undergo a Neuro-Training session."
